When something has gone wrong, your feedback helps us put it right and improve our services.
We hope all of our Connect Cars Customers have a trouble free motoring experience with us. However, if a problem should occur with your New Car, Connect Cars are equipped and trained to diagnose and rectify any technical issues, including warranty repairs.
Please note that in the event of any dispute, as a consumer your first point of contact should be with us not your finance Company, we will do everything we can to resolve any issues you may have.
We always aim to resolve complaints as quickly as possible
We'll make every effort to respond to your complaint within a 48hrs of receiving it. However, sometimes it can take a little longer. If we can't resolve your Complaint within 3 working days, we'll let you know and explain why.
